Dumb question... as there wasn't an owners manual with this bike (1994) I'm not sure which is the "on" position or "reserve" with the gas flow ( arrow up or down)

Wow, nobody knows which way is reserve?

Common some 600 owner! unfortunately my 650 lacks fuel petcock. I believe petcock means bränslekran in Swedish.

Rustygun, arrow up = fuel on. Arrow down = reserve. Arrow backwards = fuel off.
Ride on.

No need to put it in "off" position though, the petcock only opens when the engine is running, by vacuum from the intake. Comes as a surprise to some.
(Drinks coffee-cuckoo, kaffegök, coffee and vodka, it's midnight sunday/monday)

And another tip, the coffee has to be hot, otherwise the gök won't mix properly.
